5 /5 Dale Holpainen: I have been doing business with Magnolia Insurance for more years now than I can remember. My agent is Toni Matous. I love this gal because she takes care of everything so quickly. It makes not difference if I call or write an email or a text I get an immediate reply. She always keeps me updated, along with making suggestions, when the insurance carriers make changes which as we know seems to be all the time. Im like most people when it comes to insurance. I wish I didnt have to have it and I dont like having to pay for it. But its kinda like paying taxes in this regard, I cant get out of it. But since I cant I at least want it to be easy and taken care of when something happens and I need it. Thanks Toni for always being there and taking care of me. Dale

2 /5 T. Bolt: I called to get a quote for homeowners and auto, I couldn’t believe the rude response I got from Kathie. Even though I own my own home and three vehicles outright, because I told her that I had two claims, which paid out $0, she treated me like poison. She said she’d send me an email, but she didn’t. No great loss, my suggestion, get an online broker; I got a good price, without the attitude.

5 /5 Karla Haigh: I have been with Magnolia Insurance for at least 20 years during which Toni has saved me a considerable amount on both car and home insurance. Toni has also been an invaluable resource for such things as house painting and tree removal. Whenever I had a question or concern, I knew I could call and speak with her or was certain she would call me back as soon as she could. I never had to deal with a disinterested call center.
