5 /5 Chrystee Hart: Mary at the Tumwater location was so amazing. I was paying a higher interest rate on my car than I should have been because of a few things that I needed to fix. Not only did she drop my rate in a significant amount she helped me realize what can I do to make my score go even higher. She was Def 5 stars all the way and I even changed to bank there because the service is that phenomenal. If you havent looked into refinancing your loan there your missing out on the savings. 1 /5 Sabz: Useless credit union, and even more useless staff! Take your money elsewhere! I use to work here, and management is a joke! Kassie, Joanna and Windi love to gossip about their members. If you bank here, I can almost guarantee, you have been the topic at some point. These people have no filters, or class! Take your business elsewhere!

5 /5 Sadiq Khalil: Weve been with these guys for a couple years now. Is say the biggest negative is they are a VERY small credit union with only 2 locations (downtown and Tumwater). But we just use shared branches and go to other credit unions when needed. But who really needs to go to their bank much anymore? Would recommend just for the small hometown feel and care.
