Even though I am not currently a customer, I was incredibly impressed by the experience. Adam was exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the insurance products he offers. He provided a comprehensive range of quotes, and although they didn’t work out for me this time, the exceptional service I received is worth noting. I hope to return soon as a customer of Adam. veronica garcia Luis Campos helped me, the gentleman abused me with the closing charges, he charged me a commission that I didnt use, it doesnt seem fair to me and also offering the seller to buy the house that he was helping me buy, saying that if I couldnt afford it, he could buy it, its unfair, Im poor with sacrifice, I get together to give the down payment. They give you a price and overnight it raised my price by $4,000 dollars, God knows who else he does the same to, get a second opinion

Tia Bailey Randi and her team are SO INCREDIBLE! I honestly cannot stop talking about them to everyone I know. I have only had 5 star experiences with her and her team. They are on top of any fraud activity, they call you and text you to let you know if something suspicious is up or unrecognizable, if you need an increase on your limit for the day (it has happened to me at costco multiple times haha) she literally gets it done in MINUTES. You guys have NO IDEA how completely incredible FFNWB is, how efficient and customer focused there team is. There are no tellers, which means you get your own PERSONAL BANKER. Blows my mind. If you need a wire done, they are on top of it IMMEDIATELY. Thank you Randi & team! You guys are seriously THE BEST.

Birgit Mitchell This is the greatest Bank. Old-fashioned HUMAN SERVICE!! Always nice people. So helpful! I love them Ive been with them for 25 years. ( Started when I was U of W Seattle). Yes they have an ATM. When they get an international wire transfer number they will be beyond perfect , but since they probably never will since they are technically a credit union- its OK. I will always still bank here.
