Rhonda Brau I have been with Troy for a year now thanks to my son seeking out a fiduciary and fee-only advisor. I live out of state so was reluctant to switch but found Troy to be up to date with my state’s laws. During our initial meeting Troy reviewed my portfolio and with much review and discussion over the following months, we are putting together a portfolio that I am comfortable with. Being in retirement, there is much to consider and know I am getting sound advice. Troy is very knowledgeable, honest, reliable, detail orientated and caring financial planner. Brandon L I keep getting calls and voice mail from this company, I have asked to have my number removed several times and they acknowledge that I have no account with them or that my number is in their system yet they continue to call. They can easily transfer me to their ITs to address the issue as they can place a block on my number but wont do it. I have blocked several different numbers that all return to this company with no end in site. Its OK for them to frustrate me with the continued calls, but when the tables turn and I spam them non stop they wont talk to me and hang up, why is it OK for them to do but not me? All of the managers there are worthless and refuse to escalate the issue any further than themselves.
