3 /5 Thomas Herwick: i have been an Allstate customer for over 10 years with flood homeowners and auto and until now have been satisfied. apparently a $124 mistake on their part has resulted in me looking for a different agent because $124 is more important to them then the $6000 i pay them yearly, hope it was worth it. This office has always been professional, are very helpful and knowledgeable and they rrmained professional as we tried to resolve the conflict. I blame those who are beyond the local offices, So i would recommend this agency, I would also recommend that any changes you make outside of business hours that you get a confirmation number .My experience has been its the the outside managers not the local offices who are to blame. .and they take no responsibility.. They however will chastise the local offices when it makes management look bad. My recommendation is trust your local offices, rely on them to provide their services in a professional manner. Otherwise you may find yourself without coverage and a big shrug of the managements shoulders with an oh well as they stamp your claim "denied"

She is good.......really good. That is the truth, and a thankful one for me and surely for Allstate.
