I have been with Rich Crigler for the past 40 + years had a small business he took care of for 20 years and has always made sure we had the best coverage for a fair market price. The office has the best support staff . I highly recommend this office for all your insurance needs.I recently needed specialized service it was professional prompt and I received the best value.

1 /5 Accounting Solutions: We recently had the worst experience dealing with the customer service of an Insurance Company, and I must say it was a complete disaster. We requested a copy of a certificate of insurance for a company and the Agent named Rich was super rude and didnt provide any help, he even hung up the phone on us, we will never recommend to any client to go to this insurance company.

1 /5 Bobby: My wife and I were new customers we missed our payment by maybe a couple of weeks when I finally got the notice I call crigler to get it resolved and get my monthly payment caught up but instead I was told I had to pay over 700 dollers and was accused of yelling when I wasnt and the ladie I spoke with was very rude dont assume people are yelling at you when they are not
