I feel so fortunate to have found Cochran Douglas law firm. Loren and Erin treated me with such kindness and did an amazing job on my case. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. Their advice was always appreciated. Their hard work on my behalf paid off resulting in a very fair settlement. I am so thankful I had Cochran Douglas on my side.

1 /5 Real Reviews: I have police body cam, public records, investigation reports, tpd filed false reports, committed civil rights violations, didnt provide medical aid, lied about phone calls, and negligently used alleged police informant gang snitches with 108 criminal cases against them to knowingly cause harm to the public. Loren said he would file a public records request and get back to me to help and represent me. That was 8 months ago and I never heard from him again and he stopped responding to me emails and phone calls. I got ahold of Loren yesterday and he said that he isnt comfortable representing me... He then said a lot but nothing at all when I asked him questions. Seem to me you need to take down the American flag off of your website and remove the page about you helping with police misconduct and civil rights cases. Update: I just spoke with a washington state bar association civil lawyer who told me Cochran deals with civil cases and shes amazed that cole douglas didnt mention it to him nor me during our 50 minute phone call. UPDATE 2 star March 22nd 2024 12:45 PM: Cole Douglas contacted me and stated that Jessica is new and he apologizes that she didnt give me any referral information and that she hung up the phone on me. Cole Douglas spent 50 minutes on the phone speaking with me after reading my review which means a lot to me and shows me that he takes their reputation seriously. He agreed that it was weird that Jessica said the website wasnt theirs when it was and he seemed like a decent guy. He said to contact them if I want them to handle the personal injury part of them claim in the future which Ial appreciate. March 21st 2024 at 3:16 PM 1 star FIRE JESSICA. Jessica just answered the phone when I called and she said we dont do civil rights and we only deal with injuries. She said the website isnt the law firms, so I read her the phone number on the website which she confirmed was theirs. Theres an entire page about civil rights with an american flag. I told her the website says civil rights and police misconduct which is why I called and she said no Im sorry and hung up while I was talking. I asked her if I can have a consultation with a lawyer and she said nor stayed silent. Fire her. shes Turning away your potential client, lying, and shes a nasty person.
