1 /5 A Sparks: I was late on one payment only because my statement said that it was paid for that month. The next statement I got said I was behind a month. They instantly started to threaten me with foreclosure locked me out of my account. And I wasnt able to get a hold of them till the following day! I did not choose this company for my mortgage lender. It was provided during my refinance. I would never recommend or use this company. They are absolutely horrible! Update I just discovered my credit score dropped 81 points because of this!!

5 /5 pop tarts: We started our home buying process April 15th 2020. Within 2 days Tom Rhea got us approved and on our way to finding a home. We are now officially home owners all less than 48 days! Tom was very detailed and organized with everything we needed to get the process done. Everything was smooth with no bumps. He answered all of our many many questions professionally and was very patience with us. He helped us with everything and gave us the best advice in what route to take to make our process smooth. We highly recommend working with Tom and we will definitely be referring him and returning to him as our lender again. He is very professional respectful and knowledgeable. We are very blessed to have come across Tom and use his guidance. -Linda & Kevy

1 /5 Porter P: FIX YOUR PHONE SYSTEM. All I wanted to do was speak to somebody about auto pay. A quick question. But I was forced to listen to a robot for 5 minutes, which ended with it funneling me to a robot trying to take payment from me. THIS IS NOT WHAT I NEED HELP WITH. Fix your frustrating phone system and let people actually speak with an agent and Ill change my review to 5 stars. This is pathetic.
