Dawna Land I had no dealings with Mr. Marinella. I only have experience with Kim Boggs services. Last thing you want to deal with after a loved one passes. Hello Kim, I figured I would write a few thoughts down to better your business & possibly keep you from having unhappy customers, as I am not totally satisfied with your services. 1) 1st meeting we were not informed of your billing structure. We were unaware that every txt/email/call was charged (I guess it makes sense, but I have never had to do this before). You may want to be more detailed with future clients. I would have done way more research and found the answers myself if I may have been aware of that small detail. 2) letter to creditors- based on our 1st meeting/conversation in your office several calls/ emails to donna & yourself could have been eliminated by your office sending the letter after we met and not 3.5 months later because of me calling and checking on progress. I lost faith that what was talked about was actually being completed. I feel I was charged for this error. 3) we were told about $2000 for probate. I do understand that was a quote but, if you take your car to be repaired and was quoted about $2000 for a repair and the final cost was $3044 I think you would be very angry. This is how I feel. I feel pertinent information was not provided to me. The letter to creditors was not sent after we spoke and i was charged for your mistake. I think you should (in the future) spend more time on informing clients of your billing methods. Also your quote was VERY misleading due to the about issues. Youre final payment will be in the mail.

Robert Miller I found myself wrongly accused of a crime and was lucky enough to find Gary Metro...Gary Metro fought for me. Fought for my rights and got me a very favorable outcome for my case. He explained every step in the process and gave me realistic expectations. Gary has a good professional relationship with Judges and DAs and was always just a call away with any concerns i had. Elizabeth Grace Robin Olson has served both as an attorney and a judge for my mentally ill son. I reached out to him because my son desperately needs to be placed in a mental health facility. Unfortunately, Mr. Olson shows no concern for my son’s well-being. His focus is solely on the legal question of whether my son is competent to stand trial — not on the critical issue of his mental health or the steps necessary to get him proper treatment. Because my son is over 18, I have absolutely no legal rights in his case. I am forced to rely on individuals like Mr. Olson to advocate for him — and that has proven to be completely ineffective. It’s incredibly frustrating. My son is very skilled at masking his illness when it matters most, which means he may very well be released, only to be arrested again for the same offenses. There is nothing okay about this cycle. He is severely ill, caught in the grip of schizophrenia, and is a danger to himself and others. He has assaulted police officers, harmed himself repeatedly, and attempted suicide as recently as April of this year. Mr. Olson is fully aware of this history — and still, he does nothing. In my experience, he has shown no empathy or initiative when it comes to getting my son the help he truly needs. If you have a loved one with a serious mental illness who is caught in the justice system, and you have any say in their legal representation, do not hire Mr. Olson. You will not get the support or understanding your family member deserves.

Jeff Gomez Julie has literally saved the life of someone I love. All accused are unique, unfortunately our system is as jaded as our society. Thankfully, some people in the world are still able to listen. Without Julies listening my girlfriends dibilatating PTSD, a documented disability acquired from being the victim of multiple assaults, would have continued being ignored and misunderstood. She has been treated like a criminal by law enforcement for years because being repeatedly victimized left her with so much trauma her behavior is seen as something else. Thank you Julie
