5 /5 Kevin Hauger: Shout out to Ashley for going above and beyond for us! I had long been disgruntled after simply using State Farm for 10 years and not ever shopping around. They raised our rates over and over again despite never having a single claim. Our SF agent/office was always slow to respond and often couldnt answer basic questions about our policy or insurance in general. Ashley taught me more over a 10 minute phone call than our SF agent had over years - yes, years. Maybe Im just getting old... I never thought Id be writing a glowing review for an insurance company... but working with someone like Ashley makes you realize what a difference a knowledgeable and courteous person can make. If youre reading this review...give CalRose a shout via their online form and watch the magic happen. If its anyting like my experience, I heard back within the hour (during business hours, of course), they collected the information needed to figure out better rates, and then gave me A TON of insight into things that I quite honestly didnt realize I should have known. The fact that they can take note of what I needed, how quickly too - then still generate options for me to consider - thereby earning the best pricing and coverage in todays wonky market means the world to me! Not to mention no matter who our point person is, they are always getting us the best deals and checking in with us periodically to make sure all our info and coverages are correct. Which is great cause before using them we had gone YEARS without updating and rate shopping and were paying wayyyy to much
