Busky Gogo Heritage Burlington branch stepped up and provided me with a small business loan where none of the 6 other banks I had visited gave me the time of day. I have since sold the business and paid off the loan in full but my experience with them for the 7 years we were in business was all positive. Being a first time business owner I had many questions and they were always very willing to answer them and guided me through the process all the way. I now use the Anacortes branch for personal use and have had good experiences with them as well.

Dee Greninger Due to an upgrade in the computer program for the credit union, "issues" have come up in some customers accounts. When my husband and I went to the branch today, we were treated very well by our teller and the manager she asked to come and help us get things taken care of. They were very kind and we left completely satisfied.
