Over the course of the last 2 ½ years, I have posed many questions and sought his assistance and guidance frequently, and he has always been very professional and accessible, responding promptly and in a friendly manner, exercising patience whenever appropriate. He is also very organized. He initiates and encourages periodic meetings to review portfolio performance, the wealth plan he helped me develop, and other topics I wish to discuss. He always prepares an agenda for these meetings, makes certain that everything is covered, and follows through on any action items.
