5 /5 Dior Ella: More Interest-ing Than Your Typical Bank! If you think all financial institutions are the same, you havent been to this credit union! Let me tell you, this place puts the fun in funds. I came in expecting the usual yawn-fest and based off of Google review and boy was I wrong. From the moment I stepped through the door, it was clear they’re not just saving accounts, pun intended! They’re saving me from the mediocrity of banking. Chase greeted us. She’s more delightful than a 0% interest rate [and trust me, that’s saying something!]. Every transaction was smoother than a freshly printed bill. Let’s just say, they didn’t just check the boxes, they cashed them in with flair! If you’re not banking here, you’re missing out on INTERESTing times. Five stars? Please. They deserve ten…compounded annually. THANK YOU TO RACHEL L. who helped us with the accounts and their referral program!

1 /5 Jonathon Marion: Update: well nothing became of that reply on the bottom, I responded just as they asked and I got one email saying they will look in to the situation, then total silence oh I just got a response saying external account now closed. So of course they have done nothing to fix this. And my father was treated like more of a criminal cause they basically said he did all this on purpose. Oh since he has to change all his account stuff he now has to wait 2 months yes 2 months to get his ssi, so thats just the icing on the cake..SO IF ANYONE TAKES SOMETHING FROM THIS REVIEW AND IS THINKING ABOUT GETTING A BECU ACCOUNT JUST KEEP LOOKING CAUSE AFTER 30 YEARS TWO MORGAGES AND SEVERAL CAR LOANS THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A CRIMINAL... My father whom has been a customer for almost 30 years just was told they cant do business with anymore because of to much fraud, he has had his card number stolen and luckily he wAs able to catch it before they got any money, but because of that they closed his accounts. This whole situation has made him feel like a criminal as if he purposely caused the fraud, hes a 70 year old man thats survived 2 strokes and is the most honest man I know, he has worked extremely hard for what money he has which isnt much and now that this happened he has to pay off his credit account which hes never been in default for mind you and thats 6k, so thats 6 grand he doesnt have that he has to pay immediately, its just blow my mind how they have treated this situation and him after 30 years of loyal business.. pretty sad..

2 /5 BRIAN SMITH: Im giving 2 stars because becu just isnt what it used to be! The wait times are insane and the service isnt too good anymore either. I went in last week to a different branch and 2 ladies were at there desk while people were piling up inside the doorway. The interest rates arent anything special. You can get more at other banks..I always loved becu and thought they were great. And up until now wen I seen people saying negative stuff about the bank I didnt believe it. Now Ive actually had banking needs and seem how bad the service really is. Also wen I call the employees are not friendly some are some have a very poor attitude. If I trust you with my life savings I expect a little more than wait an hour and a half to be seen and we will shut off your card with no warning at all and try and say I had it turned off. Or go in ask for a replacement card with same number to get a whole new number and have to change everything. Im honestly over it if the bank was for the people by the people a ceo wouldnt be making 700k per year. This bank has turned to a for profit bank and losing loyal customers like myself. I had 2 people tell me they want a different bank as well just today well this is my rant my account will be closed tomorrow wen I head to Everett branch tomorrow and have them shut it down

1 /5 Ashton Sikes: I have waited 4 DAYS to pay rent because either your online banking is “down” or the lobby is filled to the brim. I have limited days I can go in and get rent so doesn’t help when everything is failing all the time
