5 /5 Bonita manlick: I went to Banner Bank to send some money to a person in need, and was lucky enough to have Jessie Martin helping me. She was so helpful and made sure I wasnt in a scam. I cant say enough about the way she helped me. Great service and caring about her customer.

1 /5 Whitney Bloom: Been a Banner Bank customer for awhile and frequently deposit my husbands checks into my account.Today my husband and I went to the drive-thru together to deposit a check and the teller denied the transaction stating it was “up to his discretion”. No other explanation. (You can deposit a check with someone elses name on it if theyve signed it and either made it payable to you or written "For deposit only" under their signature on the back.) fortunately my local branch provides far better customer service.

3 /5 Zaysha Andrews: Good bank but good luck getting help, especially if you dont have all the information and dont know a lot. They will snap at you and get rude with you and talk to you like your an idiot

5 /5 Karen Hunt: Always wonderful to do business with But have a hard time reaching them on the phone lately and Antartica call center cannot answer my question. So I am frustrated that someone is not at my local bank to answer the phone and give me an answer to my question. Other than that I have no complaints with my bank. Great people, just wish I could actually talk to someone.
