1 /5 Luis G: husband and I have had a business account for 20 years and I’m considering moving my money to some place where management is competent that guy isack is terrible just the worst, small business are struggling too!!! In the past we have witnessed him reprimand staff in front of the long line of people I don’t know why I didn’t switch banks at that moment in time, a few years ago tried to harass the husband into moving my money from another bank there he acts above everything and everyone he asked to meet up with us to go over the account and he takes his sweet time to get to us.he’s nice up until you say no.no thank you. Banner bank do yourself a favor and get him out of there. I got to hand it to the crew it must be awnry to work there no wonder you see all these new staff members. Some of the tellers do a good job Mandy and mary kind folks the other teller I can’t understand much of and when I can not very nice.

5 /5 Wendi G: I think the small crew at Banner Bank do a good job despite the long lines due to the restrictions they have to implement. I am always greeted kindly and am impressed with their multi-language capabilities. I think they are doing the best they can.

3 /5 Cajun Supra: Staff is super friendly. No complaints there. Where this branch has room for improvement is in speed. This branch is slooooow. Im not versed in banking practices, but I do not understand why multiple clerks will walk by several times and not help someone with a simple deposit when there is no other customers to assist, or being assisted. Drive up window has the same results. I have been the only one at the window and not get help for close to 10 minutes. And yep, you guessed it...there is either one, or no other customers at the counter getting assistance. Just a little more speedy please! Thx... EDIT: Raised to three stars because of the reply. Thanks for replying and I appreciate the concern you have shown.

1 /5 Cheyenne Baker: This is the slowest bank on planet earth. A dead man coulda worked faster. I was in the drive through and it took over 30 min for the girl at the counter to take care of 4 customers. Please, if you would, speed things up a bit! Thank you!
