1 /5 Kristina Young: I would give them a zero if I could… they lied to me and told me I did not have to file anything and then continued to take me to court after trying to set up payments with them and in addition they were negligent in being responsive on purpose in order to have a default judgment filed against me … make sure you keep great records of all the times you called and names and what was discussed. I understand they have a job but they do not perform the job in an ethical way… watch out for these guys. They’re bad news.

1 /5 Meredith Lambert: They sent 1 letter for a bill I had no idea I had from 2 years ago. When I finally got to the bottom of it with the everett clinic (who is awful awful awful but thats a whole other thing) I called armada. When I asked why it took them 2 years to contact me, they said they sent 1 letter 2 years ago. I never received a letter from them. Did they actually send it? I cant prove they didnt, however, I got their second letter with interest on it just fine 2 years later. Draw your own conclusions. They said they called me, but I never got any voicemails and I dont call back numbers I dont recognize. However, I do google them and none came back as belonging to Armada Corp so I also have some doubts about that. When I was trying to get answers Amanda just kept repeating the same thing over and over. No answers to my questions, literally just the same sentences. I dont expect any better to be honest, but putting this out there for others to beware of this company. I feel bad for anyone else who has to deal with this shady af company.

5 /5 Veronica Harris: Aside from being a Debt Collector, the services are fine. If you never let anything go into debt, and monitor your Credit report like YOU SHOULD, youll never have to deal with them. I called, talked to Jared I think was his name is it was fine. He was nice, and you know a debt collector. If you dont want to have to deal with a Debt collector then DONT ACT LIKE AN CHILD. And take care of your stuff. Other then that, they were nice each and every time I called.

1 /5 Kyndra Halliday: This company is a debt collector who does not settle who does not care about human beings. The manager Monica laughed in my face while I was trying to explore options and ask questions. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Every person that helps this place operate should rot in hell. Taking away from families and laughing in peoples faces. Horrible people and horrible company.
