1 /5 Steven Meredith: I have been an Allstate customer in the state of Hawaii for 17 years and have had a flawless experience. Having recently purchased a home in Washington state I chose to use Allstate again for my home insurance. This time through the office of Amy Jensen. Terrible experience. The staff in this office are rude, blunt, have no customer service skills, and lack the ability to communicate. It took them two months to respond to an email, which led to problematic consequences. I was more than happy to choose a better provider after this experience and encourage other home buyers to not make the same mistake.

1 /5 Bailey Renee: I’ve never had an insurance that went up in price so many times in such a short period (with no claims to make it go up!). Also good luck getting ahold of anyone here. They will not get back to you and will not respond to emails. Please use a different insurance!

1 /5 A: This branch has always been amazing! Corporate Allstate however; Trusted Allstate and purchased a plan for our home and vehicles. Denied coverage for over $65000 worth of damage to our home. Extremely frustrating and upsetting right before winter. No discussions no considerations or appeals just straight denial within 4 days of reporting. This was also 10 months after reporting previous concerns where an adjuster was not even sent out. Feeling literally left out in the cold with 5 children and hoping we can find another company to holds up their end of the "homeowners insurance" policy.

5 /5 Thomas Rooth: Everyone at the agency is knowledgeable and friendly. Every interaction I have had with every person, from the boss to the trainee, has been excellent and positive. I couldnt be happier.

4 /5 Craig Parrish: My communications with Amy and her staff have always been very positive; theyre helpful and polite. On the other hand — when dealing with the corporate level of Allstate, the results have been far less positive.
