Having recently purchased a home in Washington state I chose to use Allstate again for my home insurance. This time through the office of Amy Jensen. Terrible experience. The staff in this office are rude, blunt, have no customer service skills, and lack the ability to communicate. It took them two months to respond to an email, which led to problematic consequences. I was more than happy to choose a better provider after this experience and encourage other home buyers to not make the same mistake.
