Eugene Courson Ive used State Farm for almost 10 years here and the ladies in the office are always more than willing to help, they were the cheapest option back when I started but still gave great service to me and for me I like having someone I can go talk to face to face not some disembodied voice on a phone trying to just sell you something, these people live here and have to face you in public and that means they care about their neighbors and community and dont just try to upsell you on things you dont need, even if you find it somewhere else cheaper this is the better option.

Jonathan Rosas Henry at Columbia Basin Insurance went above and beyond in reviewing and explaining the coverages for several of my commercial buildings. They also helped me with my personal home and auto insurance, making sure everything was up to date and properly protected. Cassandra Wood Tom went above and beyond to help me with a claim hiccup that was outside his scope. It was not his department but he helped me get things in order and set. Mitchell I’ve been working with Hayley Conrad for the past month or so on switching over our Home and Auto insurances. She is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to coverages and what is needed/not necessarily needed. She responds in a timely manner and I am able to reach her via email, phone, etc. when I have any questions or want to make changes to coverages.
