GG Deborah was slow to respond to repeated requests for an error on the bank paying a promotion for new business checking account and they said it would take about 4 weeks to correct it. During account opening there was no notice of a monthly charge to provide paper statements on a so-called "no-fee account".....keeping Chase, at least they are straight forward and not sneaky with fees. Follow up: selected paperless online but was told it will probably take another cycle before they stop charging!

Nicole Griffin I hired Linda to file my LLC, handle bookkeeping, and file my taxes for my new business. Since March 2024, Ive paid her over $780, including $500 to file my LLC. Despite repeated weekly assurances, and me having to initiate ALL communication, after nine weeks, I discovered from the state secretary that my LLC was never even filed. Part of that $500 was also for obtaining an EIN number. Despite multiple attempts on my part to follow up, she assured me she would provide it “the next day”, but she never did. I ended up filing it myself, which only took seconds. I cant imagine how long the process would take if I relied on her for tax purposes. Now, Im disputing the charges with my bank. This company is dishonest and unreliable. Linda lacks professionalism, effective communication, and she has demonstrated dishonest actions. DO NOT USE LS Financial services!!

Laura Herrera Margaret the front desk lady is so nice. I dont always understand how to fill out deposit slips for differant accounts and she is so helpful. Great Customer Service.
