She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, was very communicative through the entire process and helped talk me off ledges when needed. I have never spent more than two minutes in this place they are always quick and prepared and have me in and out. Consulmex Presidio Ive been with them for a few years now and they have always been great. I travel for work frequently and Ive never had any problems with ATM fees or issues with my card(s) when Im abroad. Only wish they had actual International branches as I sometimes need to deposit money and I cant until I return to the U.S. Otherwise, fantastic bank!
