1 /5 GG: Deborah was slow to respond to repeated requests for an error on the bank paying a promotion for new business checking account and they said it would take about 4 weeks to correct it. During account opening there was no notice of a monthly charge to provide paper statements on a so-called "no-fee account".....keeping Chase, at least they are straight forward and not sneaky with fees. Follow up: selected paperless online but was told it will probably take another cycle before they stop charging!

1 /5 Jackie R: Opened my account 3 days ago and now its blocked smfh this bank is trash, why even let me open an account if your just going to block it for no reason. I dont even have my debit card yet

1 /5 Jessica Caskey: Absolutely the worst bank ever. I deposited a check online as my initial deposit. They held it for 7 days because it looked suspicious. They had closed my account because I hadn’t deposited it in time but they still accept my check into my closed account. I now have to jump through hoops to get my money back from them I deposited into a closed account.

1 /5 Ulises Florentino: Horrible experience I don’t recommend this location as soon as I walked in I walked over to open an account and the first thing I was greeted was hello are you a us citizen , wow !! I ignored that and said yes handed her my US passport with an id that I explained was expired but I had till the new one came in. She continued to find any excuse to keep me from opening an account she asked a total of 4 times if I was born in the us . She is sick and unprofessional women her name is rahila nandwani

1 /5 Ivan Ibarra: Horrible banker named Luisa Lewis, the minute I walked in the door and asked her for help with my account, i explained to her that I had just called and spoke to someone on the phone stating I can withdraw my funds from a branch but the banker would have to call them back. She refused to believe me and started getting frustrated bc I wouldnt give up. So I called the same number and put it on speaker so she can hear them telling me she had to call herself to get approval! After I hung up she picked up the phone and started dialing like if it was the worst thing in the world!! I kept my cool and told her she was being rude and was not trying to help... she then gave them the wrong info and not once did I hear her vouching for me, I respectfully walked away 2hrs later with nothing solved just defending myself with her.. dont ever go here. I told her I was going to write this review and boy her attitude changed...
