Cindy F Omg! Tara is the absolute best. She is my favorite person in here and I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for her. The day she leaves this place I won’t come back. I love her so much. She’s so amazing. She makes me laugh every time and she cares more than just giving me a loan , she cares about my kids and my family and my life. And that Means a lot to me. I make her laugh and she makes me laugh. She’s such a good soul. She’s definitely my favorite person there, and I better be her favorite person there.!!! 5/5 stars 100% recommended!!!! nancy higgs They own apts in Austin. Look at this - 11/3/2016 Status update on the cliffs at Barton creek apartments... Lets roll call the incidents: Cliffs captured residents using drugs/needles at the gym & then such residents were evicted. Multiple break-ins of one A/C service truck in the last two months. Two first floor homes broken into. A motorcycle stolen. Leasing office broken into & a confidential "password protected" laptop stolen. Brand new BMW stolen. AND now....drum roll...another vehicle stolen last night. If the office is going to continue to ignore our safety we must make it known. Please like & repost so fellow residents can at least be aware of the "non-violent" activity thats plaguing our community. Residents, our last email warning states the Cliffs are not here to insure our safety...hmmm, my mind drifts to...are you next on the "non-violent" list tonight!

Pops I had my bank account hacked at another bank that I had scheduled a payment to Ally for a car payment. I simply tried to change the account info on the website and app and it wont let me. Saying "We cant verify this account". I called customer service, in God only knows, another country. They are as useless as the website. Ill be glad when this is paid off and dont have to deal with this incompetence any more
