Wood Insurance Group: Allstate Insurance - Conroe (TX)

5 /5 Maristel Guardione: We recently switched our home and car insurance over to Woods Allstate agency. Our agent, Allie Adair, has been a valuable resource for us, providing excellent customer service/care. She has been responsive to all of our phone calls and emails, and will go out of her way to get you an answer. I have nothing but good things to say about Allie and this agency. Weve had a great experience dealing with our insurance needs with Allie and Woods Agency.

3 /5 Ben Jimenez: Initially the price was great but slowly climbed over 2 years, which I understand isnt necessarily the agents fault. However, what is the agents fault, is lack of communication. I have tried calling multiple times, left multiple messages and emailed with ZERO response from anyone at this agency. I am only able to speak to someone in a call center with Allstate, in who knows what country. I would expect some type of customer service from a LOCAL agent other than getting emails asking me to rate them. Wonder if its possible to keep Allstate and just change agents?

5 /5 Tim Turner: WOW! Like night and day between our old auto/home insurance agent and The Wood Group. I was unable to contact via email or phone with my previous Allstate Insurance agent about some updates, changes and corrections needed. I was forwarded to Allstate corporate phone bank and that was a disaster. I contacted The Wood Insurance Group and spoke to Jamie. Jamie listened to what I needed and was able to find further mistakes the previous Allstate agency had made, was able to get those corrected, plus some other policy changes and corrections completed. Jamie also kept in communication, listening and quickly answering my questions via email and phone. Jamie at The Wood Group made the transition from my old Allstate agent to The Wood Group so easy, saved me a ton of grief and aggravation, and most importantly, Jamie, was able to save me money.

I have had Alexa Couch as my agent for over a few months now and she is very professional and gets back to me in a timely manner.
