1 /5 Kandra Scott: This morning I called the office and asked to speak with Brian Schmidt, Attorney at Law, and she asked if my case was criminal, I said no because I need to speak with Brian to get advice of matter so that I can handle the situation properly, but she insisted that I give her my situation and I shut down at that point, it is hard enough that I finally got the strength to face the situation and take the proper steps to the next step in the situation that needs to be addressed before the court, it’s already bad enough that I’m a victim here and all I wanted was to speak with legal counsel who I trust and know, I don’t want to discuss my situation with anyone. I don’t trust anyone and I’m looking out for my own wellbeing and my family as well, sometimes it’s best to take the clients phone number and let who they requested to speak with get back with them! I know Brian and he is an amazing lawyer and he has always been very helpful and very knowledgeable about advice he has given in the past ! I am very touchy about what has happened to me and all I wanted was to get advice in my situation from Brian Schmidt himself, just be a little mindful of where where the clients may be in their situation so that we don’t feel that we have to explain ourselves to the secretary or other people in the office before we are able to get the legal counsel advice to make sure that the clients have a confidential information to get the best possible answer for their situation in case of any other situation is to get leaked out or miscommunication with the client or lawyer ect. Always loved the office just sometimes it’s best to get our name and number and message to the correct lawyer requested and then if counsel needs more information then you can call on behalf of the attorney and then you can request the client can help you with a little more information to get the best of communication with them!!
