1 /5 Will: At first Chuck seemed to be a great hard working attorney. I had some concerns with the plea agreement that was not possible with my career. He also didn’t know the court cost nor did he even finish explaining the plea. I began telling him my issues and the next thing I know he told me to get out of his office and that he was done. I gave this man $10,000 cash and received nothing in return. All this happens the day before court. If I could give him a zero … I would. Talked with the bail bond in El Paso and was told that Chuck called them the day before court saying I wasn’t going to show and my bail be revoked. What kind of lawyer does this. I DO NOT recommend this crook to anyone. If you want this attorney he will steal your money and ask the bail bond to revoke bond before the hearing. WOW!!
