5 /5 Ted Novosad: Wendel has been my agent for 20+ years I recently had a minor accident on a late Saturday Evening. I left a voicemail at that time, knowing they were closed but wanted to inform them of the accident. So surprised,, his employee Mark called my cell almost immediately, late Saturday Evening… assured me everything was ok… Just wonderful knowing that they are prompt and compassionate, very professional and easy to deal with. My experience was made very easy, nice too have such a wonderful agent and his wonderful employees. Followed up with many calls and emails making sure rental and body shop was handled… I didn’t have to do anything at all They handled everything so professional!!

5 /5 Paddle With Style: The first of the year I switched my homeowners insurance to Wendell Smith: Allstate to bundle with my auto. In the spring a tornado destroyed my property, home and automobiles. Wendell and his staff made sure I was able to utilize my full policy, provided guidance and kept me posted throughout the process. Having insurance and a professional agent made it possible to recover from this unfortunate disaster. If you are debating switching or getting insurance I strongly recommend using Wendell Smith and his team at Allstate.

1 /5 linda snow: The Wendell Smith agency has been CLOSED DOWN and my agent is fired!!! No email or any notification sent!!! Some other guy answered the number and said he isnt here anymore and its a different agency now!! Wth

Although the automobile and home rates keep on increasing, year after year, it was Brian who thoroughly explained the reason(s) as to why...his explanations were logical and empathetic which convinced me to stay with Allstate in hopes that the rates stay put at least for a year or two.
