We recently switched our home and auto to Allstate and once the inspection report came back on the home Allstate cancelled the home. Initially it was frustrating to learn but the service level I received from Liz at Vanessa Fojt’s agency was nothing short of exceptional. We called in and Liz made us aware that if we replaced the roof Allstate would reconsider the cancellation. Fast forward- we replaced the roof and made kid aware. Liz submitted the paperwork and there was a delay in the underwriting process. Liz followed up with us daily to provide updates while also continuing to follow up with the underwriting team to get the policy reinstated. Ultimately the policy was reinstated but if it weren’t for Liz and her caring approach we would have just went with another carrier. We buy insurance to provide peace of mind- Liz provided this at no cost.

5 /5 Yolanda Garcia: I called and spoke with Lisa to see if my cracked windshield would be covered under my auto policy…it was. I would have a deductible to pay which is still way less than paying out of pocket for the full price of a replacement windshield. Lisa was very thorough, friendly and answered all of my questions. She then asked me if I liked saving money and of course I said yes! She then went over my auto policy and was able to save me an additional $37.00 a month on my premiums…very happy with her customer service and very grateful!
