Hire him if you want a savvy lawyer who is willing to fight to the very end for you! Someone who is up front and works hard to get you the best outcome possible. Terrence made a horrible process easier to handle. He is the man! He instantly made me feel like he was ready to fight for me. Terrence made time for me on several occasions to have prolonged conversations regarding my case, helping soothe my frayed nerves. He is not only concerned with winning your case, he genuinely cares about you. He fought for me all the way. He wont make promises he cant keep. The one promise he will make is that he is there for you. I always felt that my needs were met and that he was completely invested in me and my case. Terrence is easily accessible, got back to me quickly, aggressive and got me the results that I wanted. I was able to get full legal custody. Something no other attorney in Austin was able to do. I was awarded the highest amount allotted for child support. I actually had to pay when I had my last attorney. Night and day difference! Terrence is concise and very powerful with his words leaving no stone unturned. Terrence consistently pushed back on the opposing attorney and did not back down! Vicky K I retained Mr. Flanigan to represent my son for a speeding ticket he received going into college station (Brazos County). The citation was for speeding in the triple digits. When I initially contacted the court, they told me there’s not much I can do because the speed was 25mph above the speed limit and to pay the full amount of the ticket because “judges don’t like to see triple digits.” And that’s when we hired Mr. Flanigan. He kept us informed throughout the process and he was able to get us deferred with defensive driving. Much better result than I expected! Was very happy with the verdict and we definitely recommend Mr. Flanigan.

Samantha Lynd Mr. Garney quite literally said the opposite of what I said to him in court. He only talked to me for 15 minutes prior to the first court date. I asked him about discovery, and he said what discovery. He was my court appointed attorney, and I fired him the first day during court! He had no intention of fighting to bring my child home to me, and that was very apparent that first day in court. I would not recommend him based on his actions 4 years ago. Hopefully he has changed his ways. I wouldve put zero stars on here if that were an option.
