1 /5 Lisa Goolsby: This attorney takes months to get back with someone who is paying him to get a job done. Now I am reaching out to see if he could get me off pretrial release early since I have completed everything on my end I am being told that I have to pay an extra $500.00 to get off two months early. This is not any way to treat someone who has already paid to retain him as a lawyer. I would not recommend him to anyone.

We called the court to get all the information we have. He is a nice guy but we would not hire him again based on his lack of communication.

5 /5 Kevin Doss: I have used Joseph Russell for both criminal and civil cases over the years and I have been pleased by the outcomes of every case. On the criminal cases the charges were dismissed or he got me the absolute minimum sentence allowed, and on the civil case I was being sued by the state of texas and Mr Russell got the amount down to the lowest possible and made sure I was given credit for payments I had made already but never showed up as being done so. I would highly recommend Mr. Russell for any legal issues in Kaufman county.
