Lynette Martin Mr. Whiteker seems a genuine pleasant man, but just like the rest of the attorneys in East Texas, he works for the prosecutor. He tries to help you see how the prosecutor is doing the best he can for you. Lol, he gets paid for the guilty plees he wins.

Niki Nichols Paid him to get all papers we needed to get deed to our land. He said we only needed a couple of signature. Turns out we needed a lot more than that. Two years later and a few thousand later we are still dealing with what he didnt. He will take your money tell you everything is good. Take his sweet time at getting paperwork together and filed, and you still wont have everything you need done correctly. HE never answers his phone and doesnt return phone calls. Dont use him if you dont have too.

Paige Jenkins Brandon was great he took a highly detailed case that I was involved in and accused of criminal felony charges and I could have served up to 30 years for the charges! I do not know what I would have done with out Brandon sims on my side! He was very thorough in explaining my options the routes in which he would use to defend me. Im going through a very complex situation and she took the time, without charging me, even after I insisted on compensating her, to point me in the right direction.
