Estes knew how to handle out of state policies and went to work right away. They told me the process would be slow but it wasnt. Resolution only took about 9 mths. I wish I found them first. I felt instant stress relief after my consultation. The 40% fee is the same as the previous lawyer but the effort and quality is more. Im very pleased with their service. I called them up and spoke to the actual attorney and he told me he would take the case and to bring all documents to him and fill out paperwork. The attorney (Mr. Estes) took the time to discuss the whole process from beginning to end and I felt good about them representing me. They got me into a rental while my car was being repaired. After several months I get a call and they told me they had an offer from the at fault parties’ insurance for my pain and suffering.
