5 /5 Fred Sargent: Over the years, I have not had good and lasting experiences with insurance agents. It seems that they will work to get your business initially but then they get lazy and don’t want to do any work. So far, Trusted Insurance Group has been different. I just finished my first renewal of home, auto and umbrella with them and Sarah Kirk did a great job for me in this difficult insurance market. We had to change insurers because of a non renewal from a major carrier ( increased risk of wildfire in Crosby ) go figure. Anyway she was able to get decent coverage at a reasonable cost for all of my policies. I would recommend Trusted Insurance Group and Sarah Kirk as good alternative if you are seeking insurance. She will put in the work for you.

I changed car insurance first because the cost nearly doubled and I found it much lower on-line. This raised my house insurance since they didnt have both. I was at a meeting with Edward Jones about finances and our spending and told her my insurance costs going up and she called Katie and sent me across the hall to talk to her. I explained to her that I needed home insurance. Katie sat down with me and went over the policy in details that she could get for us. The time she took with me helped me understand, and to me, insurance is unpleasant to discuss when you dont really understand the details. I sent her an email this morning, insuring my policy would not automatically renew and she said it wouldnt. She will look at what insurance is available this year and let me know.
