Santos V Villarreal I had a bad experience with customer service recently trying to explain to her that upon changing insurance with a new vehicle purchase I was billed for my liability on first car twice. I would think that because both were insured thru pronto that wasn’t legal but the lady just kept repeating to me that I could not get a refund. At the end I got no email or anything regarding my cancellation of policy. I have never had an issue with local offices but customer service is not helpful at all.

Viktoria Ratner Kelly was absolutely the best! She advised both my husband on his Medicare supplement insurance as well as finding me a policy that works for us traveling as I am not able to get Medicare yet. We were pretty overwhelmed with trying to navigate our options by ourselves and Kelly explained all our options and helped us pick the plans that were right for us. I would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone who is in need of help looking for health insurance.
