1 /5 Tony William: I visited the Truist Bank branch in Sugar Land, TX (77479) on April 17th to open a checking account. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with the branch manager, Zeke Perez. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. As I tried to explain my situation regarding an address change, Zeke repeatedly interrupted me and dismissed my concerns. He emphasized that he is the "Vice President" of the bank, making it clear that he was the highest-ranking person I could speak to—as if that justified his behavior. In all my years of banking, I have never encountered someone in a customer-facing role who was so dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. His attitude and approach are completely unacceptable for someone in a leadership position, especially in the service industry. I strongly urge the regional manager to review his performance immediately and assess whether he is fit to represent your brand. One individual like him can seriously damage the reputation of your entire institution. This experience was a 0/10, and I hope action is taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way. 1 /5 Hilary D: Scam company! Told me I had 120 days to complete the requirements for the checking account sign on bonus. And 60 days after I opened the account, they all of a sudden closed my account after I initiated a direct deposit with them. Never again! They spammed me with over 100 emails from the date that I opened the account 12/11/24 until 2/14 when they closed my account, but not one of those emails warned me that my account was going to be closed! Dont offer sign in bonuses if you cant afford to keep your word Truist!!! Liars!!!

1 /5 FOF Sean: The teller takes forever and tell u in the end system won’t allow to print cashier’s check like why is the bank open then? And when they couldn’t figure out the error so I end up saying ill take it cash from my account then they say oh the cash is no more available?? Now tell me what kind of bank does that when u need money in emergency thats so rude and bad experience I’ve ever had in my life!! Will never come back to this branch. I would give Zero star don’t even deserve 1
