1 /5 Tony William: I visited the Truist Bank branch in Sugar Land, TX (77479) on April 17th to open a checking account. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with the branch manager, Zeke Perez.
From the moment I arrived, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. As I tried to explain my situation regarding an address change, Zeke repeatedly interrupted me and dismissed my concerns. He emphasized that he is the "Vice President" of the bank, making it clear that he was the highest-ranking person I could speak to—as if that justified his behavior.
In all my years of banking, I have never encountered someone in a customer-facing role who was so dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. His attitude and approach are completely unacceptable for someone in a leadership position, especially in the service industry.
I strongly urge the regional manager to review his performance immediately and assess whether he is fit to represent your brand. One individual like him can seriously damage the reputation of your entire institution.
This experience was a 0/10, and I hope action is taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way.
Sincerely,
