1 /5 Alex Fitch: I have an account at the Hallettsville office. I am out of town and need to contact a person, any person, at the office regarding my account.
I have called three numbers and been told there is no way I can call that office direct, unless I know one of the employees names.
I must drive two hours to speak to a credit union officer in person, it seems.
Not after next week, as I will assuredly close my account with a place of business that is unreachable in a time of need.
