5 /5 Bree: I called them and asked them what was the qualifications for a loan. She told me and I got my paperwork together and went to the office. The process was quick and they were very friendly. What I really like is I can call in my payment so it didnt be late. The ladies were always friendly to me and my husband. They talked to us like they had known us for years. I would definitely apply there again.

1 /5 Casey Williamson: The Absolute Worst Experience Ive ever had, in regards to Their Customer Service!! Highly recommend you do NOT use! I got a phone call back, after applying online, and the little girl was very nosy about what I spent my money on. She even asked me in a rude way, So what do I you spend your money on? To me this implicated attitude and conveyed to me that she disapproved of where my expenses went to, which felt like a personal attack of my judgements. As I was explaining to her, she hung up the phone right in the middle of me talking! I later received an email with Adverse Action of Denial. My advice, Go elsewhere!!

4 /5 Jordan Abel: Customer service is great. The ladies work hard and are empathic to you situation. However, the services are above average and have high account interest. The loan is reported to your credit unions and can help build your credit score. The company can let you renew your loan electronically without having to go into the office one you have completed your paperwork in person. This makes it easier to accomplish if you live outside of Beaumont or have issues with transportation.

1 /5 Jared Jones: The worst experience ever, lady on the phone totally unprofessional. Mind you I’m a repeat customer, told me that nothing good was on my credit report and that I lied to here. Lady you really need to evaluate your people skills before you try and look down your nose at someone. You work for a loan company last I checked you don’t own it and your salary is paid of the payments made by consumers. I tell you these hick minded people I’m Beaumont never cease to amaze me.

5 /5 kevon richardson: My experience when i went to this location i was very impressed how friendly and fast these ladies were here.the mgr Tiffany was very helpfulin explaining the whole loan process and telling me what my pay back expectations. The ladies all made me feel comfortable at home like family and i would recommend this company to everyone!
