Sabrena St Clergy i’m from out of town and I had to open up an account here at this local date for a loan on a home. I was a little apprehensive because it is a small town bank and they do things differently. But I have to say that they really have gone above and beyond to help me get things done when I’m used to doing things a certain way they’ve helped me get things done. The phone customer service just when I call sometimes is not always great on the customer service part but when I call specifically to ask for certain people, it’s fantasticEthel and Kathy and Caroline and Grace. They’re all super amazing women they’ve all just gone above and beyond they’ve all done a great job and they have made me think differently about the small town bank.

ashoryb 1014 Well i was blown away by the service i got. I called about something on my credit and I spoke with an Aron there. He was so patient and explained everything. Im shocked at the amount of customer service he provided me and it makes me happy that i didnt have someone yelling at me on the other end of the line. I wish they had all my debt. I would call Aron every time for sure. lol Thank you R & R for having quality service and collectors who understand how to treat others with respect.
