1 /5 Kathleen Baines: I have been getting calls from this company for years and they are calling for Hattie Love. I have had this number for 16 years. I have asked to be removed from their list. I am not Hattie nor do I know Hattie. I just received another call, I attempted to explain this to them this morning and I was told, Wrong number, no big deal" and hung up! It is a big deal. I continue to get calls and this will be reported to the FCC and if it continues, a lawyer will be involved possibly with a class action.

5 /5 ashoryb 1014: Well i was blown away by the service i got. I called about something on my credit and I spoke with an Aron there. He was so patient and explained everything. Im shocked at the amount of customer service he provided me and it makes me happy that i didnt have someone yelling at me on the other end of the line. I wish they had all my debt. I would call Aron every time for sure. lol Thank you R & R for having quality service and collectors who understand how to treat others with respect.

1 /5 M M: I called in to pay a debt from the hospital. I got hung up on by Amy and Aaron. Twice! Who does that when a debtor calls in to pay??? I have a full time job in the collections industry. You get more bees with honey. If you’re to hard people won’t call back. If your to soft people will not pay you. You have to find a happy medium. We all have to live with ourselves. You can tell some people are miserable. I bet you this company has low revenue and is under performing in there numbers. They have 2 people that are horrible at there job. If they worked for me they’d be fired. Texas is an at will state.

1 /5 Brittany Polanco: I have called on a debt that is not mine and they refuse to remove it because it belongs to my ex boyfriend. Nowhere on the account does it say it belongs to me. I have even contacted the doctors office that did the procedure & they will not give me any info because I am not on the account. But because my ex told them to call me once so I could make the payment for him they said that makes me liable for his account. I never agreed to any of that. These people also never answer the phone & when they do they are extremely rude including the manager and not helpful in anyway. If I could give no stars I would.

1 /5 Kasha McMaster: We received 2 letters from this company in January of 2022, that are dated from October 2021. We called and the numbers listed on top of letter are not in service. You can’t find a website for this joke of a “lawyers” office either. Gotta be a scam getting over not only on us the people but the businesses that hire them. Wish I knew what “lawyers” office this is so I could report them to the proper people!
