When I went to go sign paperwork a few days later, I had questions that the customer service rep could not answer, I really felt bad for her. She didnt know if the interest accrued daily and she also didnt know what an arbitration agreement was. She just said to sign and I had to explain to her what it meant after I read it.. She said she didnt know. Training is necessary. Lack of customer service left me feeling "eh", but, since I took a hit on my credit, I just got the loan.
