1 /5 Ramin Zavareh: My wife bought insurance through Cicely, she told her she had to have 1% dwelling insurance via our mortgage requirements. We placed our first claim after we experienced 3" hail in Cedar Park, only to find out we somehow have a 5% dwelling. She called Cicely and she said, "Yes I see here you do have a 5%, I dont remember you saying you needed a 1%, this would of been sent over and approved." She calmy asked to speak to the owner of the company and she said, " He isnt in, but you can talk to a manager." While her voice inferred "fat chance of you talking to the owner". We now owe over 24k to replace our roof and have water coming in our home. We will probably be losing our house over this and all Cicely can do is act rude and snarky. If you dont fully understand all insurance quotes, avoid this company. Could cost you and your family and kids their home, we know it is probably going to take our home from our child. My wife is in bed heart broken and crying, I cant believe how nice my wife was to Cicely, especially considering, she couldnt even be decent back.
