1 /5 J Williams: RUN far and fast from this agency. Absolutely terrible service. They never return phone calls...well they actually dont even ever answer the phone. Emails being responded to? Not a chance! I dont know how they keep any customers!

1 /5 Layton Shelton: As a mortgage loan officer, I work with dozens of different insurance agents each month. None of them, and I mean none of them show the lack of communication skills like Amanda Gibson does. Un-returned calls, texts, and emails have led to the delay of my clients closing on their home loan. When I finally do get her on the phone, she assures me shell send over what we need. On two separate occasions, it doesnt happen until multiple follow-ups later. There is no other number to call or employee to assist as far as I have been told. Dont walk away from this company... RUN.

1 /5 Nik A: Please read the other review from Weston Sonmezler. I had the same experience. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this insurance agency. Due to the agents negligence, my home insurance was cancelled, which forced me to obtain lender-placed insurance at a significantly higher premium. During the lapse period in March 2024, my home was hit by a storm, resulting in substantial financial losses (very high deductibles on lender forced insurance, with a very high premium) Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, phone, and text, the agent never responded. If you want peace of mind and reliable service, I strongly advise against purchasing any policy from this agency. I learnt this lesson the hard way, by spending a lot of money. Go with a reputed insurance agency instead.
