1 /5 Shellie Ripley: I had my wallet stolen from my job. After a three month long investigation, based on facts of the investigation, it was proven I wasnt responsible for a bunch of charges. I was given my money back but told I was no longer welcome to bank there as if I had done something wrong. I was treated like a criminal when I was the victim.

1 /5 Joe: How did I steal money from this bank and NOT be arrested!!! Why would the teller at drivethrough ask me to please give money back because her boss told her she was going to be responsible for that $300.00 I got from ATM. LIAR They are federally insured , pictured, video servaillence,!!! LIAR. Since this happened I turned it over to local law enforcement, no response yet, WILL try Texas Rangers next(not baseball rangers ) sure never expected to be treated this way after 8 years of banking there!!! Got letter few days ago with .50 cent check told my account was closed and not to step back in bank again ,hehaw hehaw hehaw. Good news for the Comanche area :: Gustin,Texas has a great bank , and Proctor Texas is going to get a branch and one is going to come to Sydney area soon and Priddy Texas will probably be next, better banking === more of what you expect from a business with your family and community security is protected!!!

1 /5 Adolph Medina: I was totally humiliated by a part time employee at the drive through. I pushed the button for service and they were all talking, counting money, and just staring at me. I thought maybe the drive thru was closed so I went inside. As soon as I walk in the teller says " We thought you left". I said I didnt know what was going on so I came inside. She said we were waiting for you to push the button. I said I did and she said no you didnt. She said works everytime for everyone else. I said well I figured yall would have at least asked if I needed help and she said nope.....waiting on you to push that button. She was rude, sarcastic, and even went to help a customer at the drive thru and turned around and said see.....they did it and it works everytime. I called to complain and the president of the bank said he didnt see anything wrong on camera. I said does it have audio? He said no, but I didnt see anything wrong. I told him unless she flipped me off or made some ugly gesture he wouldnt be able to see her being rude. He said she has a bubbly personality and she meant nothing by it. He never even discussed it with her. The customer definitely doesnt come first and I actually left Comanche National to get away from him and now he is at Texas Bank. Now myself and my parents are leaving this bank!!! My 2200 a week might not mean much to them, but its going to a better bank regardless!!! It was a good bank at one time, but it definitely isnt anymore!!!
