1 /5 Diva Darling: Horrible company. They try to really get their money by making your payment go almost all to the interest. Then a slim remainder to the principal. Then if you try to put parking insurance on your car your financing that is just sitting in the parking lot, they tack on $500 of their insurance on your loan. You can only get out of your loan if you sell your car or if you become rich and can pay your car off. Weve had our vehicle for four years and still owe over $14,000 on a 2013 vehicle. Its so ridiculous. DO NOT DO A LOAN HERE OR YOU WILL BE STUCK FOR A LONG TIME.

1 /5 Tish McChesney: I can honestly say that today with Arlena was not a pleasant visit. Arlena was short and dismissive from the moment I walked in. She was by herself so I tried to be understanding. I know that dealing with people isn’t always fun especially, if you’re shorthanded. I also understand that we all have external things that can affect our attitudes so I tried to let it go but after numerous passive aggressive remarks I could no longer excuse her poor behavior! I’m not sure if this is OMF’s standard but it is definitely beyond unprofessional. I have not been in office in over a year because I have never needed in person contact before today. I actually tried to refinance a loan I’ve had for over a year online and got an approval but because of the back and forth and slower response times, I thought in person would be easier. That was clearly a mistake on my part! #DOBETTER!!!

1 /5 V. Lashell Goodwin: This place is a joke. Dont waste your time dealing with this company. They tell you youre qualified creditwise and make you think one thing, but then they come up with other things after the fact. The only reason I went to them is because I was referred!! Never again. I shouldve went through the bank, but they werent offering as much as One Main were. One Main are so misleading and I dont like doing business that way. Now I have an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit!! Just say no!

When I applied it said approved changed a truck in my name paid the tax on it put them as a lien holder then they said before they could finalize it I needed to turn in more information then I was suppose to get a call to finish and they said I was not approved. The worst company I have ever dealt with. On top of all that waisted time and money I have a hard credit pull. They really need to be shut down for scamming people.

1 /5 Aaron: I have called the 855 number left by one main repeatedly and they ran my social 3 times yet hung up on my wife as were trying to get our goal. Not only were we not heard, they answered back being argumentative with us when we’re just tryna get things done. There’s a reason this place has 4 reviews trashing this source and one with great accolades. Bear that in mind ‘fore you consider this trash - sorry, place
