1 /5 Rabit Hajiyev: If you’re a business owner or run a car dealership, avoid Texas Plains Federal Credit Union. Their drafting process is a complete nightmare—outdated, confusing, and slow. It took weeks to get paid because of their disorganized approach, and when their own customer forgot to put insurance on the vehicle, they tried to withhold our check. The whole experience felt like dealing with a “Mickey Mouse” operation. I would not recommend doing any financing with them. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
