Luis Dimas My experience has been great! I was in a bad deal with allstate and reached out to this company. An the employee named Rosa helped me save SO MUCH! She has been nothing but polite and professional every step of the way. she picked up the phone and handled everything swiftly and promptly. She looked out for me in a major way and am very blessed to have worked with her 10/10 definitely recommended..

Randy Matz Made promises and not only failed to deliver them but inexplicably failed to return any of my attempts to contact him. He put me in a position where I needed him and then left me high and dry. I still dont know what happened..unfortunately I cannot recommend.

Nonya Biz No points ,never any accidents or claims. Ever... Yet they still raise my price 1000. Yes 1000 a year for the last 3 years. Greed, 30 years with them. And Im stuck because others are started to raise the prices also. So much for loyalty and no claims.. I feel they should NOT punish the customer who is a good driver and has zero claims.. Whats the point of being a good driver and a loyal customer? Cant imagine if I had a ticket or needed to actually use them for a claim. I can not afford this much longer.

David Helm I had a collision with a hit and run driver. Totally their fault. Filed claim with State Farm. Had my rent car the next day. They towed the car to the collision repair shop. It was determined totaled! Received my check today! 15 days after the accident! Great customer service and response. Very pleased with Phil Maxey and Denee!
