5 /5 Karen Leonhart: Tracy and Cindy were absolutely life savers this morning!! We are in from out of town and experienced some issues causing us to be unable to leave on time and miss an important appointment. They stopped what they were doing, took time with me on the phone, printed documents, provided additional notary services and were so incredibly kind while doing so. None of this was in their job duties and they absolutely went above and beyond with the customer service. We are very grateful.

5 /5 Michael Barker: Do not use this bank unless you want 5 star service, friendly people, a "hometown" feel and a smile. I honestly dont think they know how to do anything but make people happy and comfortable. And Cindy, the manager, shes literally amazing.

5 /5 Aimee Dickerson: The manager, Cindy Anthony, and all the staff at my Pirates Beach branch are exceptional. Always friendly and professional. Cindy made an extra effort to get me in touch with Frank Komasincki when I was ready to apply for a SBA PPP loan. I was so happy I was banking with a local bank. Frank sent out up to the minute emails explaining where the process was and kept the group informed with up to the minute details. I was ready to submit my application on the first day. The loan proceeds were in my account 7 days later. Thanks to everyone who works so hard at TFB! I wouldnt bank anywhere else!!!
