When I had to make a claim I discovered I had just a basic policy that didnt cover anything and my agent was like oh well sorry about that. I called RJ and he listened to my concerns. He went right to work letting me know what I needed and what would cover my business the best. I like I was treated like a person and not just $$$$$.
