2 /5 Adrian Olivarez: I dont even want to continue at this bank anymore. Seems like almost every customer service representative is rude. I remember waiting 20 minutes before closing (I didnt realize they closed at 430) to talk to a loan specialist. She sees me waiting as she talks to her collegaue as I and had further questions about my account. As 430 draws near, she escorts me to the door and says I can email her questions. Being in customer service for 20years, Ive never known to kick someone out during business hours until you remedied all customer questions. Beware banking here. Can be unprofessional

1 /5 Julio Arredondo: My dad and I were recently looking for an auto loan. Being that he had a current vehicle loan and is less then a year from paying it off with this bank we chose to apply. To start, horrible service. We have been back n forth for 5 days with sending in documentation waiting on emails and phone calls. Stepping away from work to get them the things asked for. Just to be told we were denied because of an old repo that was known about since the very first day. So Instead of honoring a 5 year auto loan payoff with another one they chose to deny it. Not very smart for buisness. Never again.

1 /5 Rebecca Prasek: Easily one of the worst banks I’ve dealt with. Gave me issues with cashing a money order. Unbelievable. Employees don’t wear name tags just casual clothing. Extremely unprofessional.
