The dream team _ The seating area is actually disgusting. Gross stains on seating. Totally unacceptable for a bank this big. Employees untrained and because of this incompetent. It is not the employees fault, just so poorly managed. The CEO is worth 50 + million and they have untrained employees and stained chairs in lobby.

Kaitlyn Lightburn My overall experience with TDECU has been frustrating and unreliable. Their online banking system is not user-friendly at all—navigating it feels outdated and overly complicated. On top of that, trying to reach someone for even the most basic questions is a hassle. You can expect to wait on hold for 30 minutes to an hour, which is absolutely ridiculous. And when you finally do get someone on the line, there’s no guarantee they’ll have the answers you need. In-person service hasn’t been much better. At the location I visited, a simple deposit or withdrawal took about 20 minutes to process. There’s a serious lack of efficiency across the board. I really wanted to give them a chance, but the consistent delays and poor customer service have made it clear—TDECU is just not worth it.

Fred Van Horn I had some business to settle up regarding an old account and Julia Mahone. The bank officer. There gets five stars in my book. Shes very professional. She helped me wrap up my paperwork and did it very pleasantly. As far as the bank goes, it has been as good to me as any other bank.
