1 /5 Linda Velicka: Promised to consolidate 2 notes, Sallye Long forgot to do do so, then said she didnt have time to mess with us. Family had banked with First State since 1962, checking loans etc and had never lost a penny . We closed all accounts to American Bank of Texas and got the respect we deserved

1 /5 Sierra Arnold: Tellers are friendly and so are the girls at the desks, whenever you have a typical every day interaction. Ask them anything out of the ordinary and its a-whole-nother story! They start speaking over you and not letting you get a word in at all or when they do its like they talk to you like you suffer from D.S. or something. Every time I try calling at 9 when their website says they open NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! I can never reach anyone until 930! Thats 30 whole minutes. Ive tried mentioning some of these concerns with three separate employees and they didnt seem concerned.Very unprofessional when its all said and done.
